Tripods definitely are multi purposeful! For instance, Gracie uses it for a microphone! She's a ROCK star you know! I catch her singing into the the tripod, I mean microphone all the time! She is just so stinkin' cute!

I absolutely love blueberry pancakes! We had breakfast for dinner tonight. Troy and Cooper like plain pancakes, Zak and Gracie like chocolate chip pancakes and I'm all alone with blueberry. I keep telling the kids that blueberries are brain food, guess I'll always be smarter than them ;o)

This is the only shot I took today! I spent a lot of time on my computer editing photos.

Ninety four

So today I got to meet up with three other ladies, whom I met on the Internet, that have a passion for photography like I do! So much fun to shoot and talk shop with them! Here is a cute one from the evening, my little Marilyn :o)

So the other day while Troy and I were working outside we needed sand for the pavers and my garden so we decided to get a whole truck load of sand and actually fill the sand box in the backyard. Gracie is absolutely thrilled with this! She has been out in the sandbox every moment that we have been home playing in the sand! I love it that sand has brought her such joy! The simple things :o)

This sweet little angel decided to arrive four weeks early! Our good friends Jim and Laura are the proud new parents to this precious little bundle of joy! I am so thankful that she is healthy and mama is doing well! Here she is just one hour old, so brand new and oh so perfect! We were supposed to have a baby shower on the 11th, but I guess we will be having a welcome to the family party instead. Now remember Mama, Auntie Jody can't wait to snuggle and love on your sweet baby girl! Congratulations Jim and Laura, I am so happy for you! And Happy Birthday Baby Girl!

Holy smokes, it's April already! Where does the time go? I know I say this all the time, but really where does the time go? Today Troy was off and we decided to work outside. I worked in the front garden and Troy added two feet to the driveway using pavers. I divided plants, and yes I know I should have done that in the fall, but I never got to it, so they were divided today! I also bought a few other perennials to plant. I weeded and mixed sand into the soil. Now we just need a few hanging baskets, some annuals for the barrel in the driveway and mulch! Next week!
